LahnMUN 2011 Policy

Money Return Policy

At this section we would like to inform you about the LahnMUN 2011 money return policy. As usually, we try to keep the delegate's fee at a minimum to allow as many students as possible to participate. Consequently the budget is very tight. This is in particular due to the fact that we finance the entire conference primarily by donated work of the staff, fundraising, and the delegate's fee.
Therefore our return policy is as follows. Once you registered, transferred the fee to the LahnMUN account and are assigned a country, you can withdraw from participation and also receive you money back until three weeks prior to the conference. If this deadline passed, we apologize for not being able to transfer your money back and ask for your understanding. By then, the fees are all included in our calculations.

Dress Code

During the official part of the simulation the delegates are obliged to wear western business attire. The social events are excepted from this regulation!
